Please notify us immediately regarding all breakage claims and hold ALL packaging for 10 days from the date of the claim. If you do not hold the packaging we will not be able to issue credit for, reship, or refund for broken merchandise.
Any credit for unsold merchandise older than 120 days must be claimed by the 150th day.
A maximum of 10% of the total NET order may be used toward old inventory credits and must be used within one calendar year of the date of the claim.
K&A’s product guarantee is only valid if the product is sold at or less than our listed MSRP and the guarantee only applies to the initial
purchase of an item in the quantity of (1).
